Russia war latest: Ukraine soldiers land in UK to start training in Challenger 2 tanks

UKRAINIAN soldiers landed in the UK to commence their training on Challenger 2 tanks. The Ministry of Defence said on Twitter: “Ukrainian tank crews have arrived in the UK to begin training for their continued fight against Russia. “The UK will provide Challenger 2 tanks to Ukraine alongside global partner nations – demonstrating the strength of support for Ukraine, internationally.” Defence department minister Alex Chalk said on Thursday that the tanks shall arrive in Ukraine by the end of March.
