Russia, US to Continue Negotiations on Prisoners Exchange, Deputy Foreign Minister Says

MOSCOW (Sputnik) - Russia and the United States will continue negotiations on the exchange of prisoners, but there are hardly any realistic options for the "all for all" formula, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov told Sputnik on Monday.
