A TOP Kremlin official has dismissed any chance of peace talks between Russia and Ukraine, as Putin launches a fresh wave of missiles at the country. Following the White House’s call for a “just and durable” peace in Ukraine, one of Putin’s allies has dismissed any chance of negotiation between Russian and Ukraine. Kremlin spokesperson, Dmitry Peskov, said: “The outcome should be a just and durable peace – one can agree with this. “But as for the prospects for some sort of negotiations, we do not see any at the moment.” This comes as Ukrainians were warned of further blackouts across the country, following a fresh wave of Russian missile strikes yesterday.
