Russia to Send Aid to Libya's Flood-Hit Regions

TUNIS (Sputnik) - Russia will send on Friday several planes carrying humanitarian aid and emergency personnel to the northeastern Libyan regions which have been hit by flooding, Russian Ambassador Aydar Aganin told Sputnik.
