Russia Resumes Participation in Grain Deal: Defense Ministry

Moscow temporarily suspended its participation in the grain deal on Saturday in the wake of a Ukrainian attack against Russian ships. Turkey and the United Nations brokered the agreement between Moscow and Kiev in July to allow for the sea-based export of foodstuffs from Ukraine after the UN sounded the alarm over a looming global food crisis.
