Russia Plans to Open New General Consulates Across World

MOSCOW (Sputnik) - Russia is going to open new general consulates in Asia, Africa and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), Deputy Foreign Minister Yevgeny Ivanov said on Wednesday.
