Russia Launches Soyuz Rocket With Military Satellite From Plesetsk

MOSCOW (Sputnik) - Russia successfully launched a Soyuz-2.1b carrier rocket with a military satellite from the Plesetsk spaceport, the Russian Defense Ministry said on Monday.
