Russia Begins Construction, Tests of Its First VTOL Aircraft: Engineering Bureau

MOSCOW (Sputnik) - Russia has begun the development and bench tests of individual systems of its first vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) aircraft, Russian aviation engineering bureau Ecolibri told Sputnik on Friday.
