Russia and US Exchanged Data on Number of Strategic Offensive Weapons

MOSCOW (Sputnik) - Moscow and Washington exchanged notifications in September on the number of strategic offensive weapons under the Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty (New START), the Russian Foreign Ministry said on Friday.
