Rights Group Says 165 Families Have Fled Kashmir as Civilian Killings See Uptick

Militants in Indian-administered Kashmir have killed locals whom they accuse of working with the government to curb secessionism. Non-local residents have also been targeted by militants who accuse them of settling in the region to change its Muslim-majority status.
