PRINCE Andrew faces another legal battle over claims he was at Jeffrey Epstein’s mansion the night the paedophile raped a teenager. The victim’s lawyer, Spencer Kuvin, seeks a statement from The Duke of York, 62, and has threatened to serve him with legal papers if required. He told the Mirror: “We are looking into serving Prince Andrew. “We’d get a subpoena issued here in the States which is brought over to England and localised, then we would have to locate him and have him served. He should be a fairly easy target to locate.” It comes as last week it was revealed that the disgraced Duke was hoping for a royal comeback to public life. In a statement, at the time, Andrew told of his “regret” over his ties to paedophile financier Epstein. He also vowed to “demonstrate” his remorse by “supporting the fight against the evils of sex trafficking, and by supporting its victims”. However, Kuvin added: “Frankly, it’s an embarrassment to the Royal Family he is attempting a comeback at all. “If Prince Andrew wants to stay true to his word I urge him to provide a statement about what happened the night Caroline was attacked. “He should be volunteering, we shouldn’t be looking into serving him to get his deposition. “Caroline wants to know what he has to say.
