Pakistan's Climate Minister Says Global Corporations Responsible For Devastating Floods

The South Asian country of 220 million is currently facing one of the worst humanitarian crises in decades. The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) reported the total fatalities as amounting to 1,314, with over a third of them (458) children.
