Nuland Says NATO Poses No Threat to Russia Unless Threatened

WASHINGTON (Sputnik) - US Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs Victoria Nuland said on Tuesday that NATO does not pose a threat to Russia unless the alliance is threatened.
