Norway Boosting Military Readiness is Unprecedented, Moscow Says

MOSCOW (Sputnik) - Moscow considers the decision to increase the readiness of the Norwegian armed forces as an unprecedented step, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said on Wednesday.
