MOSCOW (Sputnik) The European Union is moving towards geopolitical rivalry with China through its deepening partnership with NATO and signing a new declaration on bilateral cooperation with the alliance, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said on Wednesday.
