Lazard in Talks With India, China & Japan to Restructure Sri Lanka's Foreign Debt

Lazard Ltd was hired by the Sri Lankan government for its services as an “international financial adviser” at an annual fee of $5.6 million in May, as the debt-ridden country entered into bailout talks with the International Monetary Fund (IMF).
