Lawmakers to Move Ahead With TikTok Bill to Protect Americans From China's 'Technological Tentacles'

Earlier in March, the US House Foreign Affairs Committee approved draft legislation that would allow the government to ban TikTok or any other foreign app if it was deemed a threat to national security. Access to TikTok from government devices is already prohibited in more than half of US states.
