MOSCOW (Sputnik) - Former UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson said on Wednesday that he intends to vote against a major clause in the new deal between the United Kingdom and the European Union on the Northern Ireland Protocol, brokered by incumbent leader Rishi Sunak.
