On Monday, The Mainichi reported that Kishida was considering a second change to his cabinet in just six months following a resignation on Sunday by Minister of Internal Affairs and Communications Minoru Terada, following a scandal in which the minister allegedly misused political funds. Terada was Kishida's third minister to be lost in a month.
