Israel's Airstrike Kills 4 Syrian Soldiers: Syrian Defense Ministry

CAIRO (Sputnik) - Four Syrian soldiers were killed and one other was injured on Saturday as a result of Israeli airstrikes in the country, the Syrian Defense Ministry said.
