India Should Be ‘Extremely Cautious’ in Cultivating Close Military Ties With US, Expert Says

China has strongly objected to the October 14-31 India-US joint military drills that are reportedly taking place in Uttarakhand state, around 100 km from the Sino-India border. In response, Delhi has assured Beijing that the drills should not be viewed as a “third party interference” in the relationship between the two neighbors.
