India Does Not Believe in Hierarchical World Order, Defense Minister Says

New Delhi has resisted the West's pressure on the Ukraine crisis by declining to follow unilateral sanctions against Russia. The Indian government has been asking for comprehensive reforms of multilateral institutions, including the UN, to accommodate the “aspirations and perspectives of the developing world.”
