India, ASEAN Raise Ties to Comprehensive Strategic Partnership in Uncertain Geopolitical Situation

The 19th ASEAN-India summit in the Cambodian capital was jointly presided over by India's Vice-President Jagdeep Dhankhar, who is leading the Indian delegation and is joined by external affairs minister Subrahmanyam Jaishankar, and Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen. Cambodia is chairing ASEAN under a rotating presidency.
