IMF: DRC Mining Industry Spurs Economic Growth

The Democratic Republic of the Congo is expected to be one of the fastest-growing African economies over the next several years. Its real GDP growth is due to hit as high as 6.8%, according to a report released in January by the African Development Bank Group.
