A REAL-LIFE barbie with the “world’s biggest lips” now sets her sights on breaking new records. Andrea Ivanova, 25, claims to have had over 30 hyaluronic injections in her lips, but her plans have got even bigger and stiffer with cheekbones to match. Since 2018, the 25-year-old has become virtually unrecognisable after going under the knife over 43 times. On top of her lip ambitions, the influencer has had multiple surgeries on her breasts, jaw and chin and raked up $18,000 in bills. She’s obsessed with artificial and exaggerated things. “I don’t like boring ordinary appearances and I am a fan of huge shapes and eccentric beauties,” she says. The plastic surgery fanatic previously increased her breast size from a 75C to a 75E cup and has aspired to have the “most elongated and pointed chin in the world”. Now, her sights are set on achieving “the world’s biggest cheekbones” and has already spent £1,600 on her bid to break records. “I’ve had four hyaluronic acid injections in my cheekbones so far, but I will undergo two more within the week,” she says. “For the healing process, I need to avoid strong pressure on the face for up to three days afterwards “My aim is to model and gain significant enlargement of them, but of course, I still want bigger lips, too. “I will continue with more injections in [both] to make them even bigger.” To secure more money to fuel her surgery ambitions, Andrea recently auctioned off “kisses for cash” on Instagram to the highest bidder. The former philosophy student has been refused from clinics after being warned her lips are already too big and more injections could cause health complications.
