A BODY has been found buried in the concrete wall of a popular bar on the holiday spot of the Cote d’Azur. The body was discovered in the bar L’Atrium located in downtown Nice after police found traces of blood during a search of the premises. The manager of the bar was arrested for “kidnapping and unlawful confinement resulting in death”. Several individuals are currently being detained and heard by police, Parvine Derivery, Nice Deputy Public Prosecutor, told AFP. The bar manager has allegedly admitted to having a row with a man, killing him and sinking him in a concrete slab, according to a police source quoted by the news agency. The Prosecutor’s Office had opened an investigation after the unnamed alleged victim’s disappearance caused concern. There has been a flurry of comments following the discovery of the body in a bar described by many as friendly. Chris Gaillot, who is from Nice, said: “How awful!
