Horror moment woman is killed by falling block of concrete as she walked arm-in-arm with pal at the shops

A WOMAN was killed when a concrete block plunged from a building onto her head while she walked arm in arm with a pal. The 50-year-old victim died from head injuries but her friend – just inches away – survived completely unhurt.
