Heartbreaking tributes for ‘beautiful’ Brit holidaymaker, 24, who died falling 30ft from balcony at Ibiza resort

TRIBUTES have been paid to a British woman who died after plunging from her hotel balcony at a resort in Ibiza. Robyn-Eve Maines, 24, was on holiday with her boyfriend when she fell from the second-floor apartment at the Rosamar Hotel on the Spanish party island. Robyn-Eve’s younger brother Cam said: “She will forever be loved and remembered for the fantastic person she is. Our hearts bleed for the loss of someone so special. I love you big sis, always will.” Victoria Carr, who knew Robyn-Eve, described her as a “firecracker, beautiful inside and out and so much fun to be around”. A GoFundMe campaign to help bring Robyn-Eve’s body back to the UK has been set up by her aunt Diane Morrisey. She said she had flown out to Ibiza with her partner and friends on September 22, and three days later her mother had received the “devastating phone call from the British consulate”. Paramedics were scrambled to the hotel but were unable to save her life. A police investigation is still underway.
