A HAUNTING photo shows the last surviving member of an Amazon tribe who died after spending years living alone in the jungle. He was the only survivor of an uncontacted tribe whose six other members were killed by land grabbers and farmers. Choosing to lead a solitary life in the jungle, he had rejected any attempt of contact. He is said to have laid traps and fired arrows at anyone who came too close.
