Harrowing moment lorry surfer, 25, on top of 18-wheeler fatally slams into an overpass while dancing on trailer

THIS is the horror moment a lorry surfer slammed into an overpass while dancing on top of an 18-wheeler. The 25-year-old man, who hasn’t been identified, died after he was knocked off the truck onto a busy motorway in Houston, Texas.  The man was seen dancing on top the lorry moments before he was knocked off Footage captured the moment the man dodged the first overpass Moments before he smashed into the bridge, footage captured the moment he ducked and managed to squeeze through a tiny gap between the lorry and the overpass. The shocking video showed the daring man standing up again and gyrating his hips and swinging his arms in an apparent celebration of his success.  But the man didn’t see the next bridge coming just seconds later on the Eastex Freeway and appeared to be mid-step when he smacked into it. To the horror of passing motorists, he plunged onto the packed motorway into the path of oncoming traffic. The man was rushed to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead, Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports. Authorities believe he may have been recording himself dancing at the time. The driver was questioned by police before being released without charge. The Houston Police Department has launched an investigation into the horror incident. Cops said: “The driver of a Kenworth tractor-trailer truck was travelling southbound… when, unknown to him, a male jumped or climbed onto the top of the trailer portion of the vehicle.  “The male then began dancing and possibly recording himself. “As the 18-wheeler passed underneath the Tuam Street bridge, the male was struck and knocked off the trailer onto the freeway main lanes.  “Houston Fire Department paramedics responded to the scene and transported the male to Memorial Hermann Hospital-Texas Medical Center, where he was later pronounced deceased.
