Frankfurt Airport shooting: Man and woman found dead in carpark with key clue found at scene

MYSTERY surrounds the death of a man and a woman who were found dead at Frankfurt Airport. Investigators in Germany are working to establish the identity of the 50-year-old woman and the 47-year-old man who were shot dead at the airport’s car park. The two bodies were found at the airport’s car park Police rushed to the scene after a witness reported he had stumbled upon the two bodies as he was walking through the parking’s level 1 at 3am local time. The witness said he saw the body of a man on the ground and a few feet away there was a second body lying in front small red car. The area was cordoned off immediately, Bild reported. Officers discovered the weapon at the scene. The woman was killed with at least one shot, the outlet reports. While it remains unknown whether the two victims knew each other, police assume they did. An investigation into the killings is ongoing.
