FOUR people are feared dead after a horror plane crash near a volcano in the Philippines. Hundreds of rescuers have been scrambled to the scene of the wreckage about 350 metres from Mayon Volcano near Bicol International Airport. The two engineers were on the flight with pilot Rufino James Crisostomo Jr and mechanic Joel Martin. It’s understood the two Aussies were heading to Manila. The aircraft was last seen five minutes after taking off from the airport before it was reported missing.
