Fauci: ‘Full-Blown Pandemic Phase’ on the Way Out for Americans

Dr. Anthony Fauci, who serves as the head the US' National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, stated in a Financial Times article published on Tuesday that the United States is heading out of its “full-blown pandemic phase.” He also suggested that health guidelines will increasingly be made at the local level.
