Ex-BBC journalist Andrew North ‘kidnapped by Taliban’, ex-Afghan minister says

A BRIT journalist has reportedly been kidnapped by the Taliban along with eight others. According to Afghanistan’s ex-vice president Amrullah Saleh, former BBC reporter Andrew North is among those the terror group has captured in recent months. The UN refugee agency said: “Two journalists with UNHCR and Afghan nationals working with them have been detained in Kabul.
