EU 'Plans to Postpone Price Cap on Russian Oil'

The EU/US plan is to limit Moscow's oil revenues in order to stem the tide of petrodollars into the Russian economy. Russia, for its part, has promised to stop supplying oil and petroleum products to countries that implement the price cap.
