EU Arms Supply to Africa Encourages Fight, Expert Says

Speaking at the Schuman Security and Defense Forum in Brussels on March 22, Josep Borrell said Europe's arms supply to Ukraine with the European Peace Facility has changed the way Europe regards its security and defense agenda, adding that the institution will be used to supply weapons to other countries.
