DRC Prosecutors Demand Death Sentence for Six Accused of Killing Italian Envoy

A military tribunal has been going on since October 2022 over the murder of Italy’s former DRC ambassador and two other men initiated in DR Congo’s capital Kinshasa. The defense insists on the acquittal of the defendants, while the prosecution demands the death penalty for all the accused.
