Could New California Illegal Migrant ID Law Open Door to Election Irregularities?

California Governor Gavin Newsom has inked a bill allowing illegal immigrants to get a government-issued ID. Earlier, in 2013, the Golden State green-lighted acquiring a driver's license. Conservative outlets have alleged that the IDs could be a source for election irregularities.
