Valued at $US100 billion, Atlassian is currently advertising roles in analytics and data science, engineering, marketing, customer experience and product management. Average salaries for these positions are anywhere between $95,000 and $140,000, according to recruitment site Seek, but Atlassian has not disclosed the salary packages on offer for the advertised roles. In a push to attract candidates, the company will also be touring Australia aboard its own Atlassian-branded RV, dubbed the “Atlassivan” to pitch to new workers. The “Team Anywhere” van, which promotes “Open road, open roles” will start its journey in Sydney’s central business district (CBD) before making its way to Canberra, Melbourne, Adelaide and Brisbane as well as Wollongong, Newcastle, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast.
