Colombia, ELN Rebels Declare Mutual Ceasefire

MEXICO CITY (Sputnik) - A Colombian governmental delegation and a delegation of the rebel National Liberation Army (ELN) announced a ceasefire after talks in Mexico, provided that there is a mutual cessation of offensive operations.
