Chilling moment helicopter plunges from the sky and ‘death spirals’ into the ground leaving three dead

HORROR video has captured the moment a helicopter went into a tailspin before plunging from the sky. Three people on board were killed when the aircraft from Mexico’s Naval Ministry (Semar) crashed near to a sports field. The helicopter was seen spiralling in the air The aircraft then flipped on its side The chopper plunged to earth and crashed onto a sports field In footage filmed by an onlooker, the chopper appears to hover for a moment in the air. It then starts to spin in circles and then descend out of control before hitting the ground in Paraiso, Tabasco State, south-eastern Mexico. Rescuers were pictured at the scene pulling bodies from the smouldering wreckage. Five naval officers were on board the helicopter at the time of the accident. Both were last reported to be in a “serious” condition but were said to be receiving the necessary treatment. The causes of the October 1 crash remain unknown but are being investigated by Semar. In a statement, the ministry said: “The Mexican Naval Ministry regrets the death of the three officers, who in life demonstrated themselves to be exemplary officers committed to our country.” The last time a Semar helicopter crashed was on July 15 due to fuel starvation in an incident that left 14 naval officers dead. And at the beginning of that month, bodies with signs of torture were reportedly found next to the blazing wreckage of a tourist helicopter in the country. Back in 2018, several people died after a military chopper carrying politicians lost control while surveying the devastation left by a 7.2 magnitude in Mexico. An official confirmed at least 10 died in the crash, including children and adults, Mexico’s NVI Noticias reports. He explained that the helicopter suddenly dropped and overturned, plunging into two parked vehicles, after throwing up a lot of dust as it came in to land.
