British Chancellor Unveils Mini-Budget to Tackle Runaway Inflation

New Chancellor Kwasi Kwarteng confirmed many of the rumours swirling around his autumn statement on Friday. But his estimate of the cost to the taxpayer of the government's cap on energy bills was way below those of economists.
