Boy, 11, dies after being ‘repeatedly raped by four brothers who gave him HIV’ as President condemns ‘evil’ abuse

A BOY has died after being repeatedly raped by four brothers who gave him HIV over two years of sickening abuse. The 11-year-old victim went into a coma and suffered two cardiac arrests at a hospital in Santa Cruz, Bolivia, on Saturday. She said her son was sexually abused by four brothers living in a neighbouring house in Yapacani. The terrified youngster only revealed his ordeal after he fell ill and tested positive for HIV. Two of the alleged aggressors are youths aged 15 and 17, while the other two are 23 and 28 years old. The eldest of the four brothers died of Aids last year. A group of residents from the boy’s hometown showed up at court where another of the alleged rapists was appearing last week.
