Blasts, Power Cuts Reported in Parts of Ukraine

MOSCOW (Sputnik) - Explosions were reported in various parts of Ukraine late on Sunday night, while President Volodymyr Zelensky said that several Ukrainian cities were experiencing electricity shortages.
