Biden Says Ready for Diplomacy With Moscow But Will Respond 'Decisively' If Russia 'Invades' Ukraine

Washington announced earlier it was relocating some of its diplomatic personnel from the Ukrainian capital to the city of Lviv and is to pull out all the remaining personnel from Kiev within the next one to two days over claims that Russia is allegedly preparing for an "invasion" of Ukraine. Moscow has repeatedly denied the accusations.
