Berlin: EU States 'Unhappy' About Commission's Gas Price Cap Plan

BRUSSELS (Sputnik) - Every EU member is to a different extent unhappy about the proposal of the European Commission to impose a price cap on gas, State Secretary of the German Economy Ministry Sven Giegold said on Thursday.
