At Least 17 People Killed, 7 Injured As Result of Floods in Philippines

MOSCOW (Sputnik) - At least 17 people have died and seven others were injured as a result of flooding in the Philippines, the country’s National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) said on Friday.
