AT least 15 people have been killed after a Russian missile strike obliterated a block of flats in Ukraine. More than 30 people are still trapped under the rubble after the strike in Chasiv Yar town, eastern Ukraine, officials said. ReutersThe Russian missile strike hit a residential building in Chasiv Yar town[/caption] The local branch of the Ukrainian emergency service said rescuers have managed to make contact contact with three people alive under the rubble. “During the rescue operation, 15 bodies were found at the scene and five people were pulled out of the rubble,” they said. Donetsk region Governor Pavlo Kyrylenko said at least 34 people are thought to be trapped under the ruins. Andriy Yermak, chief of staff to Ukraine’s president, said the strike was “another terrorist attack”. In a Telegram post, he said Russia should be designated as a “state sponsor of terrorism”.
