US President Joe Biden has invited the leaders of 49 African countries and the African Union (AU) to Washington for the US-Africa Leaders summit. The gathering, which will be held from 13 to 15 December, will cover a wide range of global and bilateral topics, including the economy, security, climate change, and health care.
