In July 2022, Russia, Ukraine, Turkey and the UN signed an agreement to provide a humanitarian maritime corridor for ships exporting food and fertilizers from Ukrainian Black Sea ports. Moscow has repeatedly castigated the West for ignoring the second part of the deal, which facilitates Russia's grain exports.
